The ROC device responded with an error
code.

Framing error The response packet from the ROC device
has data fields that are not as per the
protocol.
This error is very rare. If encountered,
users should check with the
manufacturer to ensure that the ROC
device is consistent with the protocol.
Operator
identification error
The operator identification login (with
User ID and Password) failed.
Refer to the Event Log message that
corresponds to the operator identification
failure.

Address Validation
